I recently started using an unlocked Rogers Galaxy S3 with my Bell account. I've just upgraded to Jelly Bean 4.1.1. I don't know if it has to do with the upgrade, or if it is just a coincidence, but now when I disable call forward, the notification icon stays on, in the top notification bar. ...
