Government's offshore tax-evasion conviction rate in doubt
 

Revenue Canada says 44 people were convicted of criminal tax evasion related to offshore assets between 2006 and 2012, though it won't provide any details. CBC tracked down 25 cases and found that most are being questionably classified.
