Bell's hardware upgrade fees going away August 1st
 

Just got word that Bell is eliminating their hardware upgrade fees on August 1st. Should be interesting to see if they can it completely or do what Rogers is doing and charge a "connection charge" of $15. From what I understand, Bell dealers are compensated in part from activation and upgrade...
