Delayed Ringing
 

Hi, I'm new to Rogers. I had this same problem back with Mobilicity but its not like this with other carriers. Once I dial a number, it take like 6 seconds before starting to ring. Its not my phone btw just got a new galaxy s4. Does this happen to everyone?
