HUP Now or wait till after Aug. 9th???
 

anyways lost my blackberry this weekend and looks like I am leaning towards the S4. I have a retention plan with about $19 in credits. I have read/heard that the plans after Aug. 9th are more expensive? Should I just do a early HUP now or wait till after Aug. 9th? Not sure what to do!!!!
