Question regarding contract term
 

August 2010 I did a hardware upgrade to an iPhone 4 and signed a new 3 year term. July 2011 I changed my voice/data plan, and I have made other voice/data plan changes since then. I have not done a hardware upgrade since - I am still on the iPhone 4. I expected my 3 year term to be finished August...
