Cancelling rogers contract
 

Rogers is increasing text messages cost on wireless, does it mean I can cancel without paying any cancellation fee or device recovery fee. I live in Ontario. Please advise . If it is true, what are the steps I need to take to cancel with little or no hassle. thanks
