Does Bell allow unlocked devices on its LTE network?
 

Considering Bell/Telus/Rogers and Verizon/AT&T and T-Mobile BOTH use AWS for LTE I was wondering if I took an unlocked American LTE device and insert a Bell LTE SIM card with a prepaid plan will it work? Both technical and policy. AT&T apparently has a IMEI LTE whitelist to get it to work on...
