Looks like competition is alive and well, at least in Quebec. Rogers has matched the current Videotron/Bell/Telus offerings with some extras. Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling Unlimited Messaging Call Display and Voice Mail 1GB of Data for $50 It's a Smart Picks plan so it should qualify...
