Back order on battery?
 

Just wondering how long it usually takes to order a battery from Telus under warranty? I ordered one from a corporate store back at the beginning of July and still haven't gotten a call or anything. Also ordered a battery cover ad my nfc stopped working.... Are orders usually this long, if not...
