Bell unveils new two-tier unlocking policy
 

Just heard that that Bell is unveiling a new two-tier unlocking policy which is effective as of Sept 16th If your phone is subsidized, you'll have to wait 90 days to unlock and pay $50. If you bought your phone on prepaid or outright you can unlock immediately. Same thing for Bell employee...
