Sales reps: how often do u waive equitment exchange?
 

I work for a corporate store and many times clients arent too happy aboutt paying the extra $25 in store or on the bill when they are renewing there phone contract. Im just curious as to how many of you waive that fee. Ill be honest i do it a fraction of the time just to help close the sale. ...
