iPhone (any model) on ATT without a data plan: Is this still possible today?
 

I am hoping some of you can help clarify this: Am I am able to use my existing ATT line on an Apple iPhone (any model, jail broken or not) with data DISABLED and not detected by ATT forcing me onto a data plan? I have a very old ATT line, and I am certain I have the SMARTPHONE EXCLUSION...
