Plans Loyalty dept for additional lines?
 

Can somebody help me out here? I'm trying to find out what is the best department to speak with about getting a third line with Telus. The loyalty reps I've spoken with say they cannot do new lines. The sales reps are mostly in India and can't so anything? Is there a department I should be...
