Changing phones in a contract
 

I'm currently in a contract with Telus and I have a crappy phone with just calling. I have one year left on the contract and I have a unlocked Samsung s4 and I was wondering if I can use my s4 instead of my crappy phone. I know I'll probably have to pay for a new micro sim card. But can I do that?
