Intrabrand Port then Port Out?
 

I've always had a thought of doing an intrabrand port from Rogers to Fido and Fido to Rogers, then porting out to WIND or Bellus. Would this method allow me to skip paying the cancellation fees? I understand porting from Rogers to Fido costs $100, but if I can save maybe $300, then I'll gladly pay...
