Prepaid iPad Plan?
 

I am planning on buying a used ipad now that the new ones are out, hoping for a good price. If i wanted a cellular model on a prepaid network which ones do you suggest. I will use about 2 Gigs of data. Also are AT&T ipads unlocked?
