Flaherty 'not aware' of Mint chair's tax-haven dealings
 

Finance Minister Jim Flaherty was unaware that his good friend Jim Love, picked by the government to chair the Canadian Mint and appointed by Flaherty himself to two advisory panels, had helped some wealthy clients move money through offshore havens to avoid taxes, his spokesperson says.
