Libya Agrees to Scotland Yard Inquiry in Officer?s ?84 Killing
 

Prime Minister David Cameron said he had won an agreement for a Scotland Yard team to conduct an investigation in Libya into the killing by Libyan diplomats of a London police officer in 1984.
