IHT Rendezvous: Russia's Stance on Syria Poses a Challenge for E.U.
 

Although the formal agenda at summit meetings between Russia and the European Union doesn't change very much, the meeting Monday promises to be anything but routine, largely due to events outside of Europe. The ongoing violence in Syria and mounting tension over Iran's nuclear program are looming over the discussions.
