Calgary’s Ensign Energy Services facing stock option backdating allegations
 

The issue of option backdating has reared its head again, this time in Calgary’s oil patch. Calgary’s Ensign Energy Services is dealing with a lawsuit that alleges a number of board members, including chairman Murray Edwards, backdated stock options for Ensign’s shares over a period of 13 years ending in 2006.
