Canada Job Grant counter-offer includes 2-year review
 

If the provinces and territories have their way, the controversial Canada Job Grant would be delayed six months and phased in over a longer period and be subject to review after two years, according to a copy of their counter-offer to the federal government obtained by Radio-Canada.
