Can Bell refuse to lower my plan?
 

We have spoken to numerous Bell reps to get my cell plan expiring in June and my wifes plan which has a year to go to a cheaper plan but Bell refuses. Is this a new tactic? I read my contract and it states that Bell reserves the right to limit plan changes. I have a voice and data plan on both...
