"Government Recovery Fee"?
 

Couldn't find any discussion of this and also couldn't find an explanation/announcement in my bill. Got the Apr 5 statement from Telus today, there's a 44c "Government Recovery Fee". Presumably this is new, but was it announced anywhere? It's obviously not a tax (so Telus is keeping the money)....
