Today I noticed a strange orange thing on the cell tower, and realized it was actually workers on the tower. It's the cell tower at Gateway Blvd & 34 Ave in Edmonton. It seemed like they were adding new panels between the top two panels currently in place. They were a little bit orange tinted...
