Moncton shooting: Justin Bourque was unarmed at time of arrest
 

Justin Bourque, the 24-year-old suspected of carrying out a shooting on the streets of Moncton, N.B., that left three Mounties dead and two others wounded, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. AT Friday, and police now say he was unarmed at the time he was taken into custody.
