LTE Data & SIM - Boosted HSPA+ speeds?
 

Any of you guys out there switched to a LTE SIM and enabled the service on your account, seen any boosted speeds on your HSPA+ mode on your phones? The highest speeds I've scored is only 9.64Mbps DL and 2.22Mbps UL on the iPhone 4S on my non-LTE plan. Image:...
