Plans Mobile Data Plan for exchange student
Hi, I will be in Canada (Winnipeg) from August to December as an exchange student and I need a mobile data plan (no SMS / Phone services needed). I only have a german credit card, so I donīt know if I can buy a SIM-Card? Of course I donīt want a two year agreement, so prepaid / monthly contract...
