Does Rogers throttle prepaid data?
 

I just bought a cabin and the previous owner left behind an unopened Rogers LTE RocketHub. To test it out I activated a SIM on the prepaid $30 1GB plan and I'm getting exactly 5Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up on a perfect signal. The coverage map shows this area supporting HSPA+ Does anyone know? If...
