Question regarding roaming in MB
 

According to a blog post on Mobilesyrup there is supposed to be a new roaming agreement for Bell customers (I assume a Telus customers too?) I am outside the Telus coverage zone in southern MB and the network says "A" instead of AT&T like it usually does. I am close to the border so does this...
