Temporary foreign worker agency sues McDonald's Canada
 

Actyl Group Inc., a company that recruits temporary foreign workers on behalf of Canadian employers, has filed a lawsuit against McDonald's Canada alleging breach of contract and defamation of character. McDonald's use of workers supplied by the agency was the subject of CBC News stories earlier this year.
