Rwandan wanted for war crimes arrested near U.S.-Canada border
 

U.S. border authorities say they arrested 42-year-old Jean Léonard Teganya, who is wanted for war crimes connected to the Rwanadan genocide, near the Maine-New Brunswick border. Canada has been seeking to deport Teganya.
