Marc Emery, B.C.'s 'prince of pot,' returns to Canada Aug. 12
 

Mark Emery will be flown to Detroit Tuesday afternoon and will enter Canada the same day, according to his wife Jodie. Emery spent the last five years in a U.S. prison.
