Hate iOS 7 - what are my options?
 

I'd like to get a new iPhone but I hate iOS 7. I was thinking of buying a new iPhone 4s with iOS 5 or iOS 6 preinstalled. Can I activate the iPhone 4s with my carrier WITHOUT upgrading to iOS 7? Thanks in advance guys...
