Rogers HTC ONE X looking for two settings
 

I can not on my stock Rogers ROM find two things. I am going to the States in a few weeks can not find and double check Roaming is off. There is noway I want to use any Data at all in the States. I also can not find where the APN is set. For AT&T HTC ONE X: Goto Settings > More > Mobile...
