Veterans watchdog finds badly wounded soldiers not getting disability cheques
 

Veterans ombudsman Guy Parent says in a report released today it is 'unfair' that nearly half of the country's most severely disabled veterans are not receiving a government allowance intended to compensate them for their physical and mental wounds.
