What can my dad do with his pay as you go balance?
 

Haven't been on here in awhile but wondering what will Bell Mobility let my father do with his balance he has on his pre paid Bell plan? He never uses the phone and is on a very old $10 per month plan (that doesn't even work outside of the province) Anyways he has a balance of like $650....
