New Bell unlocking policy
 

Just heard that the Bell/Virgin is changing their unlocking policy for ex-clients. It now costs $75 to unlock your Bell phone if you're not a Bell/Virgin customer. That is, provided the IMEI isn't on the negative file (if the phone was on an account with an unpaid subsidy).
