Kerry arrives in Ottawa to lay wreath, meet Baird and Harper
 

John Kerry will lay a wreath at the National War Memorial for Cpl. Nathan Cirillo to begin his visit to Ottawa today. The U.S. Secretary of State is meeting with Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird and Prime Minister Stephen Harper before returning to Washington.
