Bell/Telus LTE roaming agreement?
 

Anyone know if Bell and Telus have a roaming agreement for LTE comparable to the HSPA one, where the network is essentially identical for each provider? (i.e. Western cell sites managed by Telus, Eastern sites by Bell, all sites used by both)
