Error with number porting into Bell
 

I called tech support a few times today, and I may have misunderstood, but there is an error with my number port-in : Termination at Tower. Anyone know what that means? Basically, I have zero data on my phone. No text messages. No 3G. I can make calls and it will show my actual phone number....
