Premier Jim Prentice 'disappointed' after U.S. Senate rejects Keystone bill
 

Democratic senators failed to pass the motion by a margin of 59 to 41. The motion needed 60 votes to pass. However, Prentice belives the process will carry on after the Republican-dominated Senate is sworn-in in January.
