Nexus S not receiving update
 

Hey all! Just got a Nexus S refurb last week and it's stuck on 4.0.4 and I can't force the Jelly Bean update. I could root it but I want to make sure everything is OK hardware wise. Anyone having trouble getting the update? I tried clearing the Google Framework data and force closing it....
