NHL announces Hockey World Cup for 2016 in Toronto
 

The World Cup of Hockey will return in September 2016 with a new format that includes a North American under-23 team and a squad of European all-stars. Canada, the United States, Russia, Sweden, Finland and the Czech Republic will also compete at the tournament in Toronto.
