Problems with Koodo/Telus Credit Check.
 

I posted this in RFD but did not get much replies so I thought I try here since this a Telus forum. So here is my problem, I went in to a Koodo retailer to get the SK/MB plan. When they did the credit check, they noticed that I had a outstanding balance with Telus. I had Telus 2 or 3 years back...
