Air Canada flight returns from Cuba without most luggage, passengers still waiting
 

A traveller from Invermere, B.C. returned home from a trip to Cuba last week - but his luggage didn't. And neither did the luggage belonging to almost all the other Air Canada passengers who landed in Calgary.
