Travelling to Ireland with HTC Desire
 

I'm headed to Ireland for a month and want to get an O2 pay-and-go SIM. 1. I read in GSM arena that while Canada uses 850/1900 for 2G, Ireland uses 900/1800. The Desire is quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 so I can use the phone AS a phone right? 2. Next point - their 3G connection is UMTS 2100....
