Need clarification regarding updating currrent plan w/o HUP
 

I currently have a corporate plan which has two numbers. I would like to update the plan on one of the numbers to a current/better plan. I was told by our corporate csr that I would not be able to update the plan w/o doing a HUP. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.
