Rogers inability to show usage data
 

Wasn't it mandated at some point, that wireless carriers must allow users to view, and monitor their usage at all times, so they can make sure they don't go over their limit? I remember reading somewhere, in 2008 or 2009, that there was a "Bill" brought to the table for this? EDIT: The 'plan...
