How do I transfer my plan to someone else...then PORT out to Wind taking my number ?
 

I am getting mixed stories from Bell on this. Any advice on best way ...*for me to leave Bell *( going to Wind $29 Unlimited plan) and *taking my number with me PLUS in the process keep the plan I have but give my retention plan to someone else? * I am told that if I port to Wind with my number...
